ePay - Pay Your Bill Online
ePay is AmCoBi's online payment service. If you currently receive a utility bill from AmCoBi and make payments to our company, you can use our Internet payment service and pay with a credit card, debit card, or electronic transfer from your checking/savings account (ACH). You can also enroll and have your utility payment deducted automatically every month, after we post your utility bill.
Online Payment Fees
If you use a credit or debit card to pay online, a transaction processing fee will apply. You will be presented with the fee amount before you are required to complete the transaction.
If you pay by authorizing an electronic withdrawal from your checking/savings account, there are no additional fees.
Making a Payment
To pay online, complete the following steps:
- Click the Pay Now button above
- Enter your "American Conservation Account #". This is the Account Number located on your utility bill.
(Example: 0001201-001). - If this is the first time you are using the ePay system, leave the Password field blank.
- If you have used ePay before, enter your password.
After you've logged in, you will be asked to provide:
- Contact information
- Credit, debit, checking, or savings account information
- Routing number for ACH transactions
- The payment amount (NOTE: The default amount may be edited.)
